My honest opinion:
As an antivirus it is superb! It saved me from falling victim to a very smart malware recently. It's worth every penny! The subscription model could be improved, there are too many versions, every tab you check will show something else. The email, the renewal tab, the offers tab, you just don't know what is what and the pricing seems to be random. Besides this, the customer support is there, it's responsive and professional. Overall I am a very happy customer for the past 6 years or so. I never considered switching to something else because there is no better choice I think!
